{"id":1695,"date":"2018-01-01T08:32:21","date_gmt":"2018-01-01T13:32:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wwfry.org\/?p=1695"},"modified":"2018-01-01T08:35:03","modified_gmt":"2018-01-01T13:35:03","slug":"a-busy-january","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.wwfry.org\/?p=1695","title":{"rendered":"A Busy January!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Happy New Year!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Our public trains are now done for the winter, but work continues on a number of projects as we grow our Museum, including <a href=\"http:\/\/forum.wwfry.org\/index.php\/topic,3109.new.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tree removal<\/a>\u00a0for the installation of our new <a href=\"http:\/\/forum.wwfry.org\/index.php\/topic,2553.new.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Trout Brook bridge<\/a>\u00a0later this year, as well as beyond our current end of track.<\/p>\n<p>Saturdays and Wednesdays are typically our busiest days, with volunteers working on both indoor and outdoor projects, weather permitting. Details on our <a href=\"http:\/\/forum.wwfry.org\/index.php\/topic,3110.new.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">January work sessions<\/a>\u00a0can be found <a href=\"http:\/\/forum.wwfry.org\/index.php\/topic,3110.new.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To end the month, we will be participating in the upcoming <a href=\"http:\/\/www.railroadhobbyshow.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Railroad Hobby Show<\/a>\u00a0January 27th and 28th. The show, sponsored by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amherstrail.org\/ARS\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Amherst Railway Society<\/a>, is located at the Eastern States Exposition Fairgrounds in West Springfield, Massachusetts.
