{"id":351,"date":"2014-09-01T07:00:27","date_gmt":"2014-09-01T11:00:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wwfry.org\/?p=351"},"modified":"2014-09-01T07:00:27","modified_gmt":"2014-09-01T11:00:27","slug":"steam-in-september","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.wwfry.org\/?p=351","title":{"rendered":"Steam In September"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to announce that we anticipate operating steam for all open days during the month of September.\u00a0 This is of course subject to crew and equipment availability.<\/p>\n<p>When the <a title=\"Labor Day Weekend is the last full steam weekend\" href=\"https:\/\/wwfry.org\/?p=344\">prior post <\/a> was made, our normal operation in September is mostly diesel-hauled trains.\u00a0 However because of greater steam crew availability it was decided that we would be able to offer steam during all of our normal operating days in September.<\/p>\n<p>September in Maine is a great month &#8211; warm days and cool nights, usually pretty sunny, with some nice foliage showing up later in the month.\u00a0 The high tourist season is over, so hotel rooms are available and traffic is manageable.\u00a0 Please come visit!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to announce that we anticipate operating steam for all open days during the month of September.\u00a0 This is of course subject to crew and equipment availability.
