The WW&F Railway reserves the right to cancel and/or adjust operations and events based on equipment and crew availability, lack of sales, and/or any hazardous conditions. Unless severe weather, treacherous travel, or other unsafe conditions are predicted, all trains and events will occur as scheduled. Cancellations or reductions in service will be announced via email to all ticketholders, on the Railway’s Facebook page and website as soon as practicable. Tickets purchased for cancelled trains unable to be rescheduled will be fully refunded.

Ticket holders may cancel reservations for any reason up to seven days before departure and receive a full refund. Unless there are extenuating circumstances (such as possible COVID infection), tickets are non-refundable within seven days of departure. Tickets can not be refunded for passengers who are not seated aboard the train at the scheduled departure time, regardless of circumstance.
